Tease - Creative Direction

Tease was a self-initiated women's wear brand developed as an exploration of both creativity and entrepreneurship. Designed and produced in London using deadstock fabrics, the collection centred around versatility and conscious consumption through a range of fully reversible garments.
As founder, I was responsible for building the brand from the ground up, overseeing every stage of the process from product design, sourcing, sampling, and manufacturing through to branding, campaign development, content creation, and marketing. I developed the visual identity across logo, packaging, digital assets, and campaign imagery, directing and producing all visual content to establish a clear and consistent brand perspective.Beyond the creative output, the project provided first-hand experience of the commercial realities behind launching and growing a brand. Managing supplier relationships, production timelines, pricing, inventory, customer communication, and marketing strategy gave me a deeper understanding of how creative decisions impact the wider business. The experience reinforced the importance of balancing creative vision with commercial viability and provided valuable insight into what it takes to build a brand from concept to consumer.
Conceptualised and creatively directed, from initial idea through to final execution.
